Counsel Lounge:

  • Scope of Services : Our counseling services are intended to provide support and guidance to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment or psychiatric care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have a medical emergency, please call the emergency service helpline in your country or seek medical attention immediately.
  • Eligibility: In order to use our counseling service, you have to be a fully-registered member of We The Youth, else you won't be able to have access to our counselors.
  • Professional Conduct : Our counselors are trained professionals and will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the ethical standards of their profession. Our counselors will not engage in any behavior that is harmful, abusive, or unprofessional.
  • Confidentiality: Our counseling sessions are confidential, and we will not disclose any information about you or our sessions without your written consent, except as required by law.
  • Termination of Services: Either you or our counselors may terminate counseling services at any time and for any reason. If you wish to terminate counseling services, you may do so by informing your counselor in writing or by contacting our office. If our counselors determine that it is in your best interest to terminate counseling services, they will inform you of their decision and provide you with any necessary referrals.
  • Fees and Payment: As long as you're a fully-registered member of We The Youth, you will not be required to pay any money to our counselors. If your membership expires during a period of session with our counselors, you would lose access to our counselors.
  • Limitation of Liability : Our counseling services are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us and our counselors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our counseling services or your breach of these terms of service.

  • Eligibility: In order to use our counseling service, you have to be a registered member of We The Youth website. You will not be required to be a fully-registered member (paid yearly dues) to use our career clinic services.
  • Professional Conduct :Our career development professionals are trained and experienced in their fields and will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the ethical standards of their profession. Our professionals will not engage in any behavior that is harmful, abusive, or unprofessional.
  • Confidentiality: Our career clinic services are confidential, and we will not disclose any information about you or our services without your written consent, except as required by law.
  • Termination of Services: Either you or our career development professionals may terminate career clinic services at any time and for any reason. If you wish to terminate career clinic services, you may do so by informing your professional in writing or by contacting our office. If our professionals determine that it is in your best interest to terminate career clinic services, they will inform you of their decision and provide you with any necessary referrals.
  • Limitation of Liability : Our career clinic services are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services. Get-funded program

Get-funded is a full-scale funding program designed to support youths' business ideas. These terms of service govern the relationship between the program and businesses that apply for and receive funding. By applying for funding through the program, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for funding through the program, individuals must be a financially up-to-date member of We The Youth and have paid their yearly membership dues.
  • Application process: After the application window is opened and different youths have submitted their business ideas, the ideas would be transferred to Crowdam, our voting system, then the public would vote for the best ideas that they would like to be implemented in their country/state.

    To apply for funding through the Get-funded program, youths must complete the online application form and provide the following documentation:
  • Use of Donations : We will use your donations to support our programs and initiatives, including but not limited to
  • Business plan
  • Financial projections
  • Proof of ownership
  • Selection:The voting would be done by the public and no member of We The Youth would influence the result. Eventually, the idea with the most votes would be funded.
  • However, in order to ensure that every ideas that makes it to Crowdam, our voting system is great and has potential, it will be reviewed by our team if it meets the following criteria:

  • Potential for growth and success
  • Impact on the local community
  • Feasibility of the proposed business plan
  • Use of funds: Funded businesses are expected to use the funds for the purposes outlined in their business plan and to provide regular updates on the use of the funds. Failure to do so may result in the termination of funding.
  • Termination: Get-funded reserves the right to terminate funding at any time if it is determined that a funded business has breached the terms of service or is no longer meeting the eligibility criteria.
  • Liability: The program and its sponsors shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the funding provided through the program.
