Election Eligibility

To be eligible to run for election as a youth candidate, you must meet the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old on the date of the election.
• Citizenship: You must be a citizen of the country in which you are running for office.
• Residency: You must be a resident of the electoral district in which you are running for office.
• Criminal record: You must not be serving a sentence for a criminal offense or be otherwise disqualified from running for office due to your criminal record.
• Mental capacity: You must have the mental capacity to understand the nature and consequences of your actions and to make decisions for yourself.
• Political party affiliation: You may run as a member of a political party or as an independent candidate.
• Funding: You must follow all rules and regulations regarding campaign financing, including limits on campaign donations and expenditure.

It is important to familiarize yourself with the specific requirements in your area and to ensure that you meet all eligibility criteria before running for office as a youth candidate.

Counsel Lounge:

Thank you for considering us for your counseling needs. By accessing or using our counseling services, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service.

• Scope of Services : Our counseling services are intended to provide support and guidance to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment or psychiatric care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have a medical emergency, please call the emergency service helpline in your country or seek medical attention immediately.
• Eligibility: In order to use our counseling service, you have to be a fully-registered member of We The Youth, else you won't be able to have access to our counselors.
• Professional Conduct : Our counselors are trained professionals and will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the ethical standards of their profession. Our counselors will not engage in any behavior that is harmful, abusive, or unprofessional.
• Confidentiality: Our counseling sessions are confidential, and we will not disclose any information about you or our sessions without your written consent, except as required by law.
• Termination of Services: Either you or our counselors may terminate counseling services at any time and for any reason. If you wish to terminate counseling services, you may do so by informing your counselor in writing or by contacting our office. If our counselors determine that it is in your best interest to terminate counseling services, they will inform you of their decision and provide you with any necessary referrals.
• Fees and Payment: As long as you're a fully-registered member of We The Youth, you will not be required to pay any money to our counselors. If your membership expires during a period of session with our counselors, you would lose access to our counselors.
• Limitation of Liability : Our counseling services are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us and our counselors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our counseling services or your breach of these terms of service.
• Severability : If any provision of these terms of service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement : These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our counseling services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

• Scope of Services : Our career clinic services are intended to provide support and guidance to individuals seeking to improve their career prospects and achieve their professional goals. Our services may include resume writing, job search assistance, career coaching, and other related services. Our services are not a guarantee of employment and are not intended to be a substitute for professional career development advice or guidance.
• Eligibility: In order to use our counseling service, you have to be a registered member of We The Youth website. You will not be required to be a fully-registered member (paid yearly dues) to use our career clinic services.
• Professional Conduct :Our career development professionals are trained and experienced in their fields and will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the ethical standards of their profession. Our professionals will not engage in any behavior that is harmful, abusive, or unprofessional.
• Confidentiality: Our career clinic services are confidential, and we will not disclose any information about you or our services without your written consent, except as required by law.
• Termination of Services: Either you or our career development professionals may terminate career clinic services at any time and for any reason. If you wish to terminate career clinic services, you may do so by informing your professional in writing or by contacting our office. If our professionals determine that it is in your best interest to terminate career clinic services, they will inform you of their decision and provide you with any necessary referrals.
• Limitation of Liability : Our career clinic services are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
• Governing Law: These terms of service and your use of our career clinic services are governed by the laws of the state in which our office is located.

Relief Support:

Thank you for considering us for your relief support needs. By accessing or using our relief support program, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service.

• Scope of Services : Our relief support program is intended to provide assistance to individuals and families affected by natural disasters, economic hardship, or other crises. Our services may include financial assistance, food and other necessities, and access to community resources.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for our relief support program, you must meet certain criteria, including but not limited to:
• Residency: You must be a resident of the community or region served by our program.
• Income: You must meet certain income requirements and/or be experiencing financial hardship due to a crisis such as a natural disaster or job loss.
• Need: You must demonstrate a need for relief assistance.
• Confidentiality: We will not disclose any information about you or your participation in our relief support program without your written consent, except as required by law.
• Termination of Services: Either you or our relief support program staff may terminate assistance at any time and for any reason. If you wish to terminate assistance, you may do so by informing our staff in writing or by contacting our office. If our staff determine that you are no longer eligible for assistance or that it is in your best interest to terminate assistance, they will inform you of their decision and might provide you with any necessary referrals.
• Limitation of Liability : Our relief support program is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

Thank you for considering us for your donation needs. By making a donation to We The Youth, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service.

• Scope of Services :We The Youth is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of youths through education, healthcare, and other vital services. Your donation will support our efforts to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
• Donation Amounts : You may make a donation in any amount you choose. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
• Use of Donations : We will use your donations to support our programs and initiatives, including but not limited to
• Relief support: Provide assistance to individuals and families affected by natural disasters, economic hardship, or other crises
• Need: You must demonstrate a need for relief assistance.
• Business funding: Providing fundings to businesses voted for by We The Youths members.
• Confidentiality: We will not disclose any information about your donation or your personal information without your written consent, except as required by law.
• Termination of Donation: You may cancel your donation at any time by contacting our office. If you wish to cancel your donation, we will refund any amounts that have not been applied to our programs or initiatives.
• Limitation of Liability : Our program is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

Before you use We The Youth forums, you must agree to the terms and conditions in order to preserve the forum integrity:

Get-funded program

Get-funded is a full-scale funding program designed to support youths' business ideas. These terms of service govern the relationship between the program and businesses that apply for and receive funding. By applying for funding through the program, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for funding through the program, individuals must be a financially up-to-date member of We The Youth and have paid their yearly membership dues.
• Application process: After the application window is opened and different youths have submitted their business ideas, the ideas would be transferred to Crowdam, our voting system, then the public would vote for the best ideas that they would like to be implemented in their country/state.
  
  To apply for funding through the Get-funded program, youths must complete the online application form and provide the following documentation:
• Use of Donations : We will use your donations to support our programs and initiatives, including but not limited to
• Business plan
• Financial projections
• Proof of ownership
• Selection:The voting would be done by the public and no member of We The Youth would influence the result. Eventually, the idea with the most votes would be funded.

However, in order to ensure that every ideas that makes it to Crowdam, our voting system is great and has potential, it will be reviewed by our team if it meets the following criteria:

• Potential for growth and success
• Impact on the local community
• Feasibility of the proposed business plan
• Use of funds: Funded businesses are expected to use the funds for the purposes outlined in their business plan and to provide regular updates on the use of the funds. Failure to do so may result in the termination of funding.
• Termination: Get-funded reserves the right to terminate funding at any time if it is determined that a funded business has breached the terms of service or is no longer meeting the eligibility criteria.
• Liability: The program and its sponsors shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the funding provided through the program.

Before applying for the Get-funded program, you agree to be bound by the terms of service above.

Our blog is a platform for sharing information and resources related to our mission. These terms of service govern your use of the blog. By accessing and using the blog, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Also, content posted by third-parties—paid members of We The Youth do not necessarily share our views.
