Whether online or in person, we stand in the gap for youth—offering expert help until they are confident and satisfied with their progress.

Program Overview

The Career Clinic meets youth where they are, providing flexible, high-quality support—from career discovery to interview prep. The aim is to remove financial barriers and ensure every young person has access to the tools, confidence, and clarity they need to succeed in today’s job market.

How It Works

  • Booking Appointments: Youth can easily book free one-on-one sessions online at Counsellounge.com or in person at Career Clinic centers worldwide. The booking system is simple and accessible.
  • Personalized Counseling: Sessions offer tailored advice on career paths, CV reviews, interview practice, skill building, and setting professional goals. Counselors—either pros or trained volunteers—share real advice and support.
  • Ongoing Support: Beyond one-time chats, the Clinic offers follow-ups, workshops, and access to career tools, job search tips, and networking resources. You can engage repeatedly till you’re good to go.
  • Virtual and Physical Presence: With a hybrid model, youth can choose between online ease (Counsellounge.com) or face-to-face support in key cities.
