The Get Funded Program is We The Youths’ dynamic and transformative initiative designed to empower young innovators, entrepreneurs, and visionaries aged 18-35 to turn their bold ideas into reality. By providing critical resources, mentorship, and a transparent platform, this program fosters creativity, resilience, and leadership, equipping the youth to become drivers of positive change in their communities and beyond.

Program Overview

At its core, “Get Funded” is a business ideas competition that seeks to identify and support innovative, impactful, and sustainable projects led by young people. Whether it’s a tech startup, a social enterprise, or a community-driven initiative, the program is open to a diverse range of ideas that address real-world challenges or seize untapped opportunities.

The initiative aims to break down barriers to entry for young entrepreneurs, such as limited access to funding, networks, or expertise, by offering a structured pathway to success.

How It Works

• Submission Phase: Young innovators aged 18-35 are invited to submit their business ideas or project proposals through an accessible online platform. Proposals are expected to demonstrate creativity, feasibility, and potential for impact.
• Public Voting System: A hallmark of the program is its transparent and inclusive voting process on the Crowdam Voting App. Once submissions are vetted, they are showcased to the public, who can vote for their favorite ideas. This open system encourages community involvement and gives participants visibility.
• Selection and Funding: The top-voted proposals advance to a final evaluation stage, where a panel of mentors, experts, and We The Youths reps assess them. Selected projects receive funding, mentorship, and resources to bring their ideas to life.
• Implementation and Support: Winners gain access to workshops, networking, and long-term mentorship to help their projects thrive.
